The LLC8 Series was added to the company's SSAC brand of liquid level controls. According to the company, the LLC8 is a single-probe liquid level control designed for low liquid level cutoff protection. It comes with a factory-fixed time delay of 1 to 60 sec, input voltages of 24, 120, or 230 V a.c., 50/60 Hz, and a fixed sense resistance ranging from 5,000 to 250,000 ?. SPDT relay contacts are said to be isolated from the operating and probe voltages and are rated 10-A resistive at 120/240 V a.c. The liquid level controller is offered with manual/automatic reset or a manual reset with a feature that reportedly ignores nuisance power outages. The 24- and 120-V a.c. units are UL recognized as limit switches under UL353 (230-V a.c. units are recognized under UL508), CSA certified under Standard 14, and CE approved. Applications include boilers, steamers, and more.
