The MMC100 is capable of cutting round or flat material up to 3.94-in (100-mm) wide and 0.63-in (16-mm) thick, according to the company. The cutter can reportedly be programmed to cut any length with a 1-percent or better tolerance and can be programmed for up to 10 batches and three fixed-feed rates. According to the company, the device can cut up to 7,200 4-in pieces per hour with a maximum cutting force of 600 lb. The unit's power supply is 115 V, 60 Hz or 220 V, 50 Hz with a minimum 60 psi of air.
