The company's thiNcoder EZI 2.0 can reportedly function as a 5-bit encoder, 2-bit repeating Gray code, or a selector switch. The switch comes with an environmentally sealed circuit and a life of 100,000 rotations, according to the company. The rotary switch technology is designed using gold-plated balls as the actuator, which reportedly produces very little wear and erosion of the individual switch contacts. The switch was specifically designed for the white goods industry.
