NexPrene® rubber (TPV) is a fully vulcanized EPDM/PP thermoplastic vulcanizate. It is designed as a replacement for thermoset elastomers such as EPDM and Neoprene. NexPrene is also said to be an alternate to Santoprene® TPV. It is available in natural, black, or pre-colored in a hardness range of Shore 55 A to Shore 50 D. Due to its excellent UV resistance, NexPrene TPV is recommended for various industrial applications, including building and construction, medical, and consumer products.
