The supplier's range of slide forming and assembly machines are reportedly capable of producing more than one stamped and formed component at a time. By adding extra material feeds, slides, and presses, up to four materials can be fed into a system at one time. From each material fed, a component can be stamped and formed, then each part can be assembled as required. By adding welding, tapping, screw insertion, and bowl feeding of components produced outside of the system, complete assemblies can be produced, tested, and completely packaged automatically. Various machines can reportedly be interlinked to produce even more complex assemblies.
