Kuppersbusch built-in ovens feature a full-glass inner door liner mounted on a stainless-steel frame and electronic sensor-touch timers. The innovative timer permits programming of cooking time, end of cooking time, and core temperature for the roasting thermometer.

Kuppersbusch ovens feature the Multitherm-Plus® convection cooking system with nine cooking modes.

Rack options include the Backmobil® Slide-Out rack system or individual telescopic shelving.

The LED display - displaying time of day, minute minder, and core temperature - is mounted behind the glass area of the control fascia. The oven interior features perfectly smooth surfaces for ease of cleaning.

A unique Kuppersbusch feature is the ökotherm® oven catalyzer for interior oven cleaning and exhaust purification.

Oven energy-saving features include:
• multiple layers of insulation
• dual halogen oven light which can be switched off when required
• triple-glazed door with a heat reflecting inner door glass coating

The 36-inch Metallic (stainless steel) model EEB 9600.0 MX has a suggested retail price of $5,390.

Electric/Gas Cooktops

Kuppersbusch high-design, built-in, glass-ceramic cooktops in both gas and electric models feature ease of operation and a cooking heritage nurtured in the finest restaurants abroad.

The glass-ceramic cooktops can accommodate a range of cooking utensil sizes and shapes along with a sophisticated heating system controlled by electronic sensors answering to light fingertip commands.

The KC9062, a 36-inch electric cooktop with 5 cook zones, has a suggested retail price of U.S. $4,340.
