Dr. Kurt-Ludwig Gutberlet,
president and CEO
Joining the company in 1983 as a strategic planning
associate, Dr. Gutberlet worked his way through
BSH until he was named president and CEO in January
2001. Since then, he has been working to shape
BSH's markets by managing the company's worldwide
sales, brand management, corporate communications,
and auditing activities.

Dr. Robert Kugler, member of the Board of Management,
CTO, and COO
Dr. Kugler joined BSH as executive vice
president in April 2000. In addition to his technology-oriented
responsibilities in areas such as, Electronics, Drives,
and Systems and Corporate Technology, Dr. Kugler
also manages BSH's logistics and environmental activities.

| In 2002, he was named "Eco Manager
of the Year" by European organization WWF Germany
(World Wide Fund for Nature) and business magazine
Capital.

Dr. Wolfgang Colberg, member of the
Board of Management and CFO
Before coming to BSH in 2001, Dr. Colberg was
a senior vice president at Robert Bosch GmbH, one
of BSH's founding
companies.
Today, he is in charge of BSH's activities in finance,
business administration, corporate development and
controlling, central purchasing, and information technology. |

Dr. Wolfgang Dowie, executive vice president and
personnel director
Serving as the veteran of the Board
of Management, Dr. Dowie was named executive vice
president in 1993.
His main functions surround human resources and customer
service, but also include underwriting and insurance,
law and industrial policy, taxation, and customs.
