Compact and modular, a new oven burner from Sabaf is equipped with an external injector-holder to considerably reduces assembly time. The injector-holder also has fixed housings for the ignition electrode and thermocouple. This not only assures ignition, but also greatly reduces safety device activation time at just 1.5 seconds. Since both electrode and thermocouple wires are completely positioned outside the oven no more wire protection (for electrodes) or expensive thick wires (for thermocouples) are required. A thinner and less expensive single wire thermocouple together with an unprotected electrode wire can be used without affecting ignition and safety. Oven burner can be supplied with or without flame deflector. Available lengths are approximately 380, 450, and 680cm.
