Commercial refrigeration manufacturer Thermo-Kool added a second coil processor from long-time supplier Iowa Precision Industries (Cedar Rapids, IA, U.S) to keep up with growing demand. The manufacturer wanted the new processor to incorporate presses to punch and notch prior to shearing, as well as a rail-mounted coil car to service both coil processors. According to Thermo-Kool, the new installation has reduced labor and improved quality and accuracy.
